It is a Cotton Polyester Spandex blend, sleeveless with a white cotton spandex shell and black polyester 5” ruffle that starts down one shoulder crosses the midriff and drapes across the upper arm. A beautiful and dramatic top that measures flat Bust 20”, Waist 19.5” and the Length is 27”.
