The rubber band around the inside front and back of the dress along the top keeps the dress in place. The dress also has some stretch which makes it very comfortable to wear. Back of dress is not sequin. The hidden side zipper makes it very easy to put on. Dress is fully lined Waist 28" Length 28" (strapless)
