Hailing from the brand Initiatives, this dreamy circa Y2K era short-sleeve black and white shirt is well-made, lightweight, and quite stretchy. It is a slip-on top. The fabric content tag is no longer present. The material feels to me like a polyester and/or nylon blend (that likely includes a stretchy component such as spandex). Highlights include the longer (garment) length, handkerchief hem, the panel of white lace on the top of the shirt, the flowy cut, and the gorgeous black and white print that includes depictions of lace, flowers, honeycombs/hexagons, and cute little leopard/cheetah spots, to boot.
