This Inspiri blouse is a tapestry pattern of cream, navy, gold and teal and the fabric is on the sheer side. Two blue tassel ties at the front can be done up or not. The neckline is smocked and elastic and the cuffs of the sleeves are also elastic. Wear this with a pair of jeans and throw on a cardigan or blazer. Tag size XS, but given measurements I have listed as size S.
