beebag @babydoll_73 yes, it’s an option but they have to send it away and it takes several weeks. It’s a simple fix, I just need the part.

jessica_samaras @beebag when I took hardware issues to LV they repaired at no charge. ask for a manager. they clasp should not break and is not normal wear and tear. they have replaced a zipper pull and lobster clasp @no charge. I have one but it's on my strap in my closet

beebag @jessica_samaras hi Jessica, when I brought it in they said the clasp comes with the chain, not on its own and that they would need to send it away to get replaced. You are right, the clasp shouldn’t break like it did from normal wear. I will give it another shot with manager. Thanks for the advice!

jessica_samaras @beebag yes I do agree they will need to send it away but I've had luck with no charge repairs when its hardware and hopefully you will too. Fingers crossed as it will save you $$
