Iblues Wool S/S Jacket

In good pre-owned condition. Size 6 - 16:5 inches from pit to pit, 16 inches at waist & 34 inches from shoulder to hem. Wool blend. Lined. Hem at front has fallen but really easy fix. Zipper at front. I am not sure if this is a dress or jacket 🤣 you could wear it as both. Thank you for looking!
