The external body and lid have some scuffs from its time on display but there's no chips or cracks and no missing pieces. I tried taking photos of each side but it's a bit hard to take photos of things that are clear or white (the paper inside the clear vessel helped a little but it's still hard to see the scuffs). Interior body, tongs, polar bear & iceberg figurine are all in excellent condition. Logo etched onto tongs. Notes: I was unable to find any washing instructions on the packaging or online but I'd suggest hand wash with cool to warm water (not hot) with a soft sponge or washcloth and mild dishwashing soap. Smoke-free and pet-free household. Reduce, reuse, recycle: whenever possible, items will be shipped using clean, previously used packaging materials. Thanks for looking!
