yesjessicamoss @eccentrichippie Widest part of bust: 23''. Underbust (blue strip - this hits me above my actual waist): just under 21''. The skirt is A-line/flared out, so there is no real hip measurement and would depend on your body. Where it hits my hips (I'm 5'8) is about 27''. There is not a lot of stretch in the material but there is some, but it is a quite roomy dress in general, and there is a lot of room for the lower body.
