@comfyandtough Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. If you look on the company website it says waist 24-26” and hips 33.5-35.5”. The band will stretch to 30” (15x2) and I’ve included that in the pictures now. The new unstretched measurement is 22” after stretching it. The hips are 34-36” without pulling at them too much. I hope that helps!
