The yarns used in these sweaters are specially spun in unique textures from 100% wool from hardy Norwegian sheep dyed in sea and landscape colors with all natural plant based dyes in colors which include blues, cream, beige, terra cotta, white, black, several shades of greens and browns, several shades of blues, purples lavenders, The natural colors are set in the wool via washing it after dying in the mineral rich water of a Norwegian Fjord which reacts with the wool to set the dyes. This is how the realistic subtle colors are achieved. None of the colors in these yarns are harsh or jarring.
