Pretty and handy high neck top by Icone (Simons), with puffy gathered 3/4 sleeves, and mock neck. Very good condition. Hardly worn. Zipper at back of neck works perfectly and easy to wear. Boxy straight fit, 19" p 2 p. Arm inseam 10" Fabric is easy care, wash & wear. Fabric tag has been removed but it feels like poly & cotton. Has a slight texture to fabric. Soft. Clean. Washed and additionally steamed.
