Igigi Black lace with gold underlay dress

Black lace with gold underlay v neck sleeveless dress. Hits below knee. This is NOT full length, that was just the only one I could find on their website. This is a knee length version. Side zip is stuck. I’m not sure if it needs to be replace of if someone with more patience than I can make it work (can be seen in pics)
