Illegal pants laced on the sides 14

Bought new online, last photo = 2 tags that came with the pants. I washed it, didn't even try it on, and forgot it in my closet. So they are new except that a small wooden ball is missing on one of the laces in the lower left leg.Here are the measurements : exterior length = 110 cm, interior length = 83 cm, straddle = 26 1/2 cm, waist = 40 cm and hips 48 cm.
