threadtherapyco @shop1medrano Good morning Shana, I just reviewed your order from Feb. 4 and I do not recall the shoes to be a size 10. If that is the case, I truly apologize for the oversight on my part however the box that they came in was a size 12. Due to this order being over a month old Poshmark will not accept the return unfortunately. If so desired, you may repost the shoes on Poshmark to resell in order to get a return on your money.

threadtherapyco @elia1984 so sorry for the late response. The key to making daily and weekly sales is the listing multiple days of her per week if not every day. Make sure your cover photo is crisp and clear showing the item accurately. It looks like you have a variety of nice items in your closet. Besides listing daily make sure to share your closet every day as well!
