3 1/2 years into the vegetarian lifestyle(I don't even eat seafood..yuk 🙈) 47yrs OLD I'm an avid runner 5-8 miles a day, I've lost 96lbs in one year, Tough times are here now as I lost my father 3 years ago ago being the only child to both my parents it is truly taking a toll on me. kdcole @stacyscutestuff my dad was the same. That's why we miss them so much. Laughter creates joy, hard to find without laughter and no contentment when our hearts are broken. I will definitely be keeping you in my prayers over the holidays. U are a bad mamajama-i know this if from the way u fought off every 1 of those 74 lbs. & I am sure there are more examples. wyh cool, I'm vegetarian and no seafoods as well :), they said I'm look younger than my age although I am 33 but they even thought I'm still in 20's and when I was like 27 one lady said I am like under 20 yrs of age lol. Have a blessed holidays!

mccainmonique Just know that you are awesome. You've overcome a lot of obstacles in your life, and yet you are still here. I lost my mom 4 years ago and I was the only girl out of 4 boys. So that was one of the hardest things that I have ever had to endure. She was my best friend. I could've passed along with her, but I gained enough strength to keep going.

My husband with Parkinson's (94 in March) we lost our dear doggie Lucy, he took it really hard, had a heart attack in July and almost lost him, then pneumonia in November! My dad died 5 years ago and I still miss him every day. The holidays are the hardest because he got really sick and was in the hospital for Thanksgiving and then he died peacefully at home right after Christmas. I try to remember all the happy times and all the great things he taught me.💖It does get easier.💖

I was just thinking about my father(as I strolled through Posh), who I just lost this past May in Liberia , West Africa. I went for the funeral, awesome service it was! He was so well loved! His birthday is November 2nd and it's hitting me hard. I'm the baby amongst my siblings and I. weenocks My grandparents raised me. They died when I was 24&25. It was the most painful thing I’ve been through. It’s cliche but true...it will get easier in time. You will never forget them and wish they were there all the time though it will hurt les and less as time goes on. I’m 49 now and ok but I wish I had had them here for major milestones like marriage and babies. Have comfort in the knowledge that your dad watches over you
