southerngal0724 @bblisaok You are such a sweetheart to say that! My problem is that I'm a pro at graphics and other things on my computer, but it's harder on my cellphone. I guess I haven't used the apps enough times. Also, my cats want to get into the pictures, especially my Siamese. He's a little pest! As far as shopping goes, that's what I'm doing tonight.... I've worked hard all week,and am just exhausted. I need some retail therapy. Hope your evening is a great one!

dorivera02 @bblisaok I had been really good about working out but I broke my foot and a toe and that had me stop working out. I haven't been to a gym in almost 1yr and I gained 25-30lbs it's horrible to see.

sexysiren4040 @bblisaok hi there.. okay I have to put it out there u have an amazing body. In wish I had the drive. I lost 170 lbs and gained and gained 70 back don't have the energy to get moving. I used to do Atkins but not sure it's so good because I enjoy all my fruits n veggies and with that can only eat certain ones. Anyways any advice? God bless u and u r family. Take care Doll xoxo

bblisaok @rjc4040 i know how difficult it is to get that drive and energy back once you've lost it but my advice to you would be to just get up and do something active today. . anything. . don't think about it . just do it and then one day at a time continue to do it even though u don't want to. Slowly u will start to feel better and want that feeling that u get after u workout. Even a nice long walk can give u a great high! Its worth it all in the end.

bblisaok @rjc4040 Make short term attainable goals and reward yourself with something other than food. Pray for God to give u strength when u r feeling weak and the big one is. . think outside of the moment when it comes time to eat! Your taste buds will change and you'll crave healthier life enhancing foods after awhile!

bblisaok @rjc4040 eat all the veggies u want and fruit only in the morning until you lose the weight. Your body knows what to do and should respond well once u get going! Try to create a eating lifestyle that u can maintain longterm. Don't go on a diet. . just start to choose healthier wholesome foods. Your body knows how to process that!!

bblisaok @celash hi there! Lol. . yes! Thank you! When your trying to drop some weight it's always best to cut off fruit by lunch time( unless your a vigorous workout fanatic at night!) Unused sugar.. . Even in fruit. . will store as fat. I eat 6 xs a day. .vary my calories between 1400-3000. I workout 6 days a week. .1-2 hours each day. . mainly cardio now because of a torn rotator cuff😕check out my husband website Www.ucanbfit.com for DVD workouts and SHAKEOLOGY, which I drink everyday!!
