jkat_12 @ordonovan sorry for the delay. I had surgery on Monday and it’s been a tough few days. Unfortunately posh doesn’t offer returns on items or money, which is the reason I sent two- hoping one would work. Sorry to hear they did not 🙁. Once you mail back & I receive in the same condition as I sent, I can give you that credit towards something else in my closet, which you can use at anytime . Let me know if this is okay? Glad you liked the other items. 😁

jdemshar1 I can fit into a size 4 and sometimes a size small if it’s a dark color are usually prefer a small to medium and sometimes I can wear a size 2 pants but usually at four so with that said do I need to change the size in the red dress and in the white dress when I ordered an eight?

jdemshar1 I think everything is just right that my next question is I’m having trouble with my credit card and I’m trying to get it fixed I called the company and they said it might take until tomorrow or possibly Tuesday is it a possibility to have you hold those items until Tuesday at the latest?

jkat_12 @jdemshar1 I’m the same with sizing. I’m generally a 4, but depending on item/brand can fit a 2. So I think we are similar in size. I generally don’t offer holds but if you are certain you’d like to purchase I’m happy to create a separate listing with the items.

jkat_12 @jdemshar1 In the red, I had to go with the UK size 10- which is equivalent to US 6. I needed to size up for my bust. The 8, which you selected is equivalent to US size 4. The cream ASOS dress I suggest ordering one size larger than you normally wear. I’m wearing the 6 - as i usually take a 4. The 8 you selected would fit like 6, but you could have altered if necessary.

I provided UK to US conversion charts, I indicated if an item runs small and you need to size up, I provide measurements, fabric content , I disclose what size is being modeled AND I have video & pictures of me packaging your shipment. I assure you I’ve NEVER shipped any item with an odor whatsoever.

You purchased a 7 item bundle & are claiming that every single item was either the wrong size or smelled or both. C’mon now. If anything is returned to me and not in its original condition, you will be hearing from me & Posh. The item that the return was granted as being mis sized - clearly states that’s its tagged a medium, but fits like a small and is being sold as a small.

jkat_12 @black_on_black hi there. No the Poshmark Ambassador status is earned through the app. Posh notifies you when you meet the criteria to become an Ambassador. The exclamation point is just a personal preference- although, like you noticed, a lot of Ambassador’s do use it. ❤️

jkat_12 @dave158 Once the seller ships the item & delivery is tracked & confirmed. You as the buyer, have 3 days to accept delivery. If the 3 days passes & you do not accept or report a problem, the funds are released to seller. Hope this helps.
