Just an older more settled gay man enjoying this site! I hope to provide variety and sell only the best I have but don't want anymore. I want to provide classic pieces, but hopefully not too boring. I welcome any tips and support from the veterans on here. It's obvious I'm just winging it. May Dad recently passed so I'm going to sell some of the stuff he bought only a few months before passing .... most of my stuff will be for the petite male .. celestegeorge Sorry I took so long to get back to you today. So, first thing you will want to do is become a Posh compliant closet. A lot of Poshers will not buy or share your closet if you are not. Check out "Your Guide to Poshmark". Before you tap on "My Closet" scroll up. You will see it at the top. Also check out "Frequently Asked Questions" scroll down to the bottom. You can find out what you are allowed to sell & not sell in addition to other questions you might have.

celestegeorge Regarding your comment earlier today. It takes time to get your closet seen by others. The best way to do that is to share your closet & others. 1st yours: tap on one of your listings, top of the screen is a rectangle made by two arrows tap on it, now tap on the word "share" at the top right of your screen. You just shared this item to all your followers. When you share it goes to your followers but when others share your listings it goes to all their followers......

celestegeorge It is not required to share others closets. However you want to. Most people then share your closet. The more who share your closet the more people will see your items. So, share yours & then share others.

celestegeorge Follow all who follow you and more. The more followers you have the people will see your items when they shop from their feed. Look through your "Feed". Those are people actively sharing items. One of the things I do daily is follow new Poshers. Go to "Find People", "New People", "Fresh Closets". If it is a blue "follow" tap on all of them. First time is several hundred. If you do this daily twice it will be easier.
