catwomenz1 Michelle, Please except my sincere apologies for sending you this item that you weren't happy with. For that is not thecwaybI do business. I received this from a seller awhile ago and never used it due to the hair on the Leopard Print. I can do leather all day long but the hair....NO! the strap I take full responsibility. I never saw the buckles and a strap never came with it. I need to write another letter due to too many letter

catwomenz1 The marks, I cleaned and moisturized the leather, then sanitized it then maybe something happened that I didn't see but when I wrapped the Wallet it was nice. I can promise that won't happen again. Though I have to say there's no excuse. I've been in retail too long to put the fault on the customer..I do wish You were to contacted me personally then we could have worked it out together. Again....too many letters
