Very good played-with condition. This set is complete with a house substitution…the original green house and red roof (both lost) have been replaced with a plain green block and yellow triangle roof. The set comes with an extra curved track and two bonus “track obstacles”. Compatible with Brio and Thomas wooden train sets. The box has seen better days but will be included. No instructions.
