Classic RCD paperweight in bone china Made in England produced from 1979 until approximately 2010. Hand painted finishes in 22 ct gold Gold stopper top quality. Lovely condition. I have had this for many years and only ever used as decorative. Believe you can make it heavier by removing the stopper and weighting it with something before replacing stopper.
