This retro polka-dot surplice dress by Imperial Italia has a real 50s silver screen vibe. With 3/4 sleeves, it's perfect for wearing with your elbow-length gloves; the wide and flowy circle skirt is almost maxi length, hitting around mid-calf or lower on most people, and the waistband is pleated to secure the surplice front.
