I'm not a professional seller, just clearing out mine & my husband's items that we no longer need. All offerings come from a smoke-free, cat friendly home. Now for the specifics! •The items for sale are in great condition unless otherwise noted & are priced to sell. We're not profiting any from these sales, just trying to recoup a little of what we spent on them. •I will happily negotiate, but I won't trade, and no longer "hold" items for buyers. •I clear listings & donate items periodically to keep the clutter out of the house.
