Such a great looking skirt for summer fun. Black cotton, styled in France by "La Voila" with a tiered balloon hem. Slightly flared. Features 2 pockets ; one on top and the other on the opposite bottom side on the balloon hem. Both pockets are have red plaid trim. Side zipper. Wide 3" waistband. Waist measures 16".
