I offered to let her keep a $70 case & send her another one free & it's also otter box $85 case. I offered cuz I want my customers happy. She changed my rating from 3 to 5 which is important to me. All to make $5.05 it's crazy and I have to pay for shipping 😊 I will be very careful of selling to her again people need to remember they r buying pre-owned items
