Incredible Vintage Scala Silk Beaded Gown Size S / M 90s Y2K Fairy Mermaid

Hi and thanks for looking at this incredible vintage Scala silk beaded gown. This dress is a dream. I would absolutely be keeping it if only it fit me. The dress has only minor signs of wear, a couple beads missing and some light markings on the inner lining which don't affect the wear. This gown is marked a size M and there is some stretch to the silk. That said, I believe there was a modification done to the straps which has made this dress petite in the shoulder area. Please see measurements to get an idea of what I mean. It may be possible for a tailor to modify this- if not for the straps the dress would have more flexible sizing.
