Index petite white textured blazer

Index petite bright white textured blazer Ptp 18”, shoulder to hem 22”, sleeve 20” with folder cuff Size says 12P but I feel it fit smaller like a regular 6. Perhaps it was washed and shrunk. Beautiful condition. Lovely textured pattern throughout.
