Beautiful variegated skein of yarn, handdyed by The Red Pansy, an independent dyer based in the US. She specializes in variegateds, and often draws inspiration from art! This was the January mystery club skein from her Georgia O’Keefe collection. It’s inspired by the painting in the background of one of the photos! Blend of cream, green, peach/pink, and speckled with black/brown. It’s already caked up and I used a couple grams to make a sweater for a bunny stuffed toy ! So there’s basically the whole skein left to work with! On her voyager sock base - fingering weight, 75/25 superwash merino nylon blend, 463 yards per 100 grams.
