Indigo blue 💙💙 hi-low formal dress

Beautiful strapless hi-low dress- fits a small to medium, and slightly too big for me. Selling in good used condition- with some threads and a light water mark on the front. Should easily be removed by spot or dry cleaning- could easily be ready for a wedding or formal event!
