Inlaid Aztec Calendar Pendant and Turquoise Necklace

This bold and striking vintage necklace features vibrant turquoise stones paired with a stunning sterling silver pendant intricately inlaid with crushed turquoise in a traditional Aztec calendar motif. A statement piece handcrafted in Mexico, the pendant displays fine detail and craftsmanship. The necklace combines polished oval turquoise stones (may be Howlite) with clusters of natural turquoise chips and sterling silver accent beads. The large round pendant is the centerpiece, depicting the iconic Aztec sun calendar (or “Piedra del Sol”) with vivid turquoise inlay and hand-etched silver detail.
