I’m a small and I LOVE the fit. Functional drawstring waist looks great loose, which which is how I wore it once. The tags are attached, but I reattached them, as I did wear it once. I have this dress and two other colors and this is the color I reach for the least so here it is. This dress is epic, yards and yards of fabric.
