Intricate Beaded Mini Skirt

NWT and never worn. Purchased from a local boutique that doesn't exist anymore :( Thick sturdy material with tons of tiny beads. Inner lining to feel smooth against skin. The tag says large but I have listed as Medium because it runs small - see measurements.
