I'm not sure if there was originally a heart inside or if this is an older design that's not on the website anymore, as I bought it from someone else rather than directly from the website. it's a gorgeous ring though, sorry I can't be of more help.

smiles4miles76 From what I can tell, the ring is missing the mother of pearl heart pieces in the middle. It should be glued on the edges of the inside of the diamond heart. That’s why you cannot find it on their website.
