Isaac Mizrahi striped cold shoulder maxi dress, size M, black/white, NWOT

Brand new dress was sent without tags, cotton blend fabric, size M but it is very generous size more like L, Hi lo front length is 38", back is 50" armpit to armpit is 17" black and white stripes, fabric is stretchy, cold shoulder short sleeve.
