The word elastin can be seen on the fabric tag - jeans are likely a cotton & elastin blend. Size - Size tag removed. Based on measurements & comparison with other jeans, I would guess these are close to a size 26. Please check measurements for best fit. Asides from the size/fabric tag being faded & partially removed, the jeans are in good condition, gently used condition. No rips or pilling.
