Israel Lapid Batia Hand Painted Shallow Bowl 7 Inch Wide

Vintage late 20th century handmade pottery.Lapid Israel Batia is a signature of Israeli pottery that was hand-painted by Batia. Lapid factory opened in 1943 and started making tiles and sanitary ware. In 1949, they opened an art department. This wide shallow bowl is a lovely example of art pottery.  Brown speckled with repeating pattern in a darker color all around. Very good condition.
