Vintage Y2K pleated gorgeous black blouse with refined detailing at the waist . Pit to pit 22 inches, waist 15 inches. This is a stretchy blouse and could fit pretty much all sizes. Made in Japan. No longer has the care tag or fabric content but it’s polyester base, and size 3 Issey Miyaki. Pleated garments have a flexible fit on the waist hips and chest.
