I am so sorry for not replying sooner...I haven't been very active on Poshmark and just saw your message today...But yes, you're right...The actual color of this foundation is much lighter than 'tan'. It's more like a beige/very light tan, suitable for fair skin. I apologize for the confusion...Let me know if you're still interested 😊
