Makers mark on the bottom shows that this item was made in Italy. Painted gold Toned and green, material unknown. Possibly resin. Natural aging and patina to the piece. Carved wood motif covers every side, intricate design. The overall condition of the rack is good, though it does show signs of age, with some gilt loss and minor defects that add to its character and authenticity.
