Italian one piece strapless baggy romper

Unique piece, with a smocked strapless top and baggy bottom. Top stretches to 20” PTP and the rise is over 16”, giving it a baggy fit. Hips are open, with a 32” flat measurement. Material is a light denim like cotton. Has no tag but has been purchased in Italy.
