You bought a kotn v neck dress from me today and when I went to package it I realized that kotn doesn't put actual tags on their clothing. I can assure you this dress came directly from Kotn and has never been worn. I'm happy to include a piece of fair trade jewelery as a gift with your order for the tag mistake, or I would be happy to cancel the order. please let me know what I can do to fix this mistake for you.

volcanolover @thirdstreetmini hello, I’m not sure what you mean by “actual tags”... The pieces of papers attached by a plastic or a safety pin to insure that the item is new? If that’s missing, it’s okay, no need to cancel the order.
