Ivory Antique Victorian blouse

has a subtle woodgrain sheen to this thick fabric. has front ties and delicate lace. the waist is very fitted and has balloon puff sleeves. I would think this piece is from the 40's-50's judging by texture, stitch and feel but I'm not 100% certain
