J. CREW off the shoulder blue chambray denim dress with matching belt

This dress is versatile and comfortable with an elastic top and waist. Can be worn off the shoulder, or over as seen in the photos. Belt is made of matching self fabric. Cuffs/band on sleeves ties up in cute little knots/bows. And it has side seam pockets! Size 8, but due to the elastic along the top and waist, it fits a range of sizes. It is photographed on a size 2 mannequin, and fits well. It also fits myself and I'm a size 6. The top band goes from 34" when not stretched at all, to 54" stretched to its max. The waist goes from 24"-37". In great preloved condition.
