J. Crew Cocktail Dress with Pockets

NWT J.Crew Cocktail dress - No pets/non-smoking home Navy blue and cream patterned cocktail dress (with pockets!!) tried on once, but never worn. Size 8 - there's very little give to this dress though There are what looks like tiny fabric runs on the back left side of the dress - I've circled the marks in the fifth picture.
