Sits at waist. Slightly thicker fabric that is very flattering to body - does not show any lumps or bumps! 100% Cotton fully lined with 100% polyester lining. Navy and creamy white stripes. 23.5 inches in length & ~ 15 inches at waist. Widens out a bit to lay nicely over hips. Excellent used condition except for small staining as shown in photo that would most likely come out with dry cleaning. Price reflects this.
