s_skiland @sylvielee12 hi there! You probably could put the collar down if you wanted to, but it’s intended to be worn up, so I don’t want to say anything misleading. Regarding fit, I found a few images of this exact blazer on Google, to give you an idea of how it should sit on the body. I would definitely characterize this blazer as more structured / fitted than oversized. Hope that helps!
