Hello, one pic shows something that looks like a stain or some other imperfection. Can you tell what it is? Is this true to size?

@iloveevergreens hi beauty, stunning luxe silk dress was never worn. I bought it but too small for 36ddd. It is very beautiful. I didn’t notice stains myself. These pics taken by previous owner. Hope this helps 💕💫

@alisakof hahah no, but my chest measures 40". I need pit-to-pit to be 18-19" to be comfortable. Sadly this dress measures only 16" according to the pic.
