Chest is smocked and stretchy, for comfortable fit, and neckline can be adjusted to wear on shoulders or off-the-shoulder. 3/4 sleeves with elastic/smocked band as well. I usually wear XS but I’d say this is a generous fit. Dress has pockets! Very lightweight and comfortable. Purchased at J. Crew, SS22. Midi or maxi length, depending on your height.
