J. Crew cotton tweed pencil skirt with fringe hem

So cute + versatile! Pair it with a blouse or even a plain white tee. Tweedy textured cotton fabric (great if wool makes you itch). Hem is trimmed with grosgrain ribbon & fringe. Fully lined. Back slit. True black colour (some of my photos make it look lighter). Tags attached, but price portion is hanging a bit loose. Perfect/unworn condition.
