J Crew pencil skirt

Navy and white polka dot cotton pencil skirt. It has small pleats at the waist but is more pencil skirt style. It has front pockets , made of a nice thick cotton but not lined. Fabric tag missing but feels like cotton, but dies have some stretch to the fabric width wise. There are a few small marks on some of the larger white dots near the bottom of the skirt. They are not very noticeable and I will price the skirt with that in mind. A have added some of my last photos, are of the small marks.
